The Amber Ridge Single Gable is a 1,220 sq ft. Rancher style home with a large front porch, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Option to have a rear sun room adding 116 sq ft more living space, making total sq ft. 1328. Option to also have a garage attached too.
The Amber RIdge Double Gable is a 1,220 sq ft home with the option to add a rear sunroom that is an additional 116 sq ft, making the total size of the home: 1423 sq ft. Garage optional as well. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
The Arrowwood is 3200 +/- sq ft floor plan with lots of functional space. This floor plan has 4 bedrooms (could use study as a 5th bedroom/guest room-not true bedroom), 2 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, family room, living room, formal dining room, and eat in kitchen. Attached garage as well.
The Aspen is a 2 story home with 3 bedrooms (optional 4th bedroom above the garage), and 2.5 bathrooms. It is 2115 sq ft when the bonus room/4th bedroom is finished. Garage is attached. There are a few different variations in exterior appearance to choose from.

Can I bring tailored home plans to you or do you have floor plans?
We prefer you selecting one of our many floor plans. They favor an array of budgets, styles and needs! However, you can customize your exterior, flooring, paint colors, lighting, hardware and more! We will also help guide you through the selection process. We are willing to look at specific house models outside of our plans and are open to exploring what you bring.
Do you work with different budgets when building homes?
Yes! We have move-in ready new construction homes available OR select one of our many floorplans. We have homes to suit all needs and budgets!
If I choose a floor plan from you, how long will it take to build my home?
The project's timeline will be customized to suit its scale, feature set, and specific requirements. A realistic schedule tailored to your needs will be presented during our consultation. Regardless of the project's duration, you can have confidence in our team's ability to operate efficiently and produce high-quality results within the designated timeframe.

Mike Davis brings over 20 years of construction knowledge to the Shore Home Construction team. He founded Shore Home Construction with a vision to provide top-quality construction services while prioritizing budget and sustainability. Originally a carpenter by trade, he worked closely with a highly qualified team to train them with diverse skills.

Proudly following in both of his grandfathers' footsteps, who were both preachers and Builders, Ric has a strong background of 20+ years in all things construction from remodeling, framing, roofing and more! He has a passion for ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety and is an indispensable member of our team.

Levi is a seasoned carpenter with a decade of personal hands-on experience in construction and a diverse background in real estate .
